Traditional shaped pads are most like a disposable in terms of size, shape and fit. If you are hoping to switch from a disposible such as an Always/Bodyform style pad, choose 9.5" for an identical swap. Or 12" for long. If you are looking for a daily liner I reccomend 7" & 8" light pads.
