Once complete, all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class within 3 days of completion. 
If you would like your order to be upgraded to a service such as First Class or Signed For, please do get in contact via the contact form and we can arrange this.

♻️ I use 100% recyclable packaging to post orders. The box can be flattened and popped into your household recycling, The packaging materials inside the box - tissue paper, sticker and flyers are also able to be recycled ♻️ 

Shipping cost is a flat rate of £3.50 per order. If you would like to combine a second order with one already placed before it has been dispatched, pop me a message and I will be happy to combine the orders and refund the second postage charge. If your order has already been completed and packaged I may not be able to combine, but I will always try to accommodate this.

Delays
Delays may be possible due to using a third party service and for this I cannot be held responsible.

Lost Items
If you believe your order may be lost, please get in contact via the contact form within 28 days of expected delivery. I will not replace or refund orders deemed as lost after this time.
If your order has not arrived within this time frame, it will be replaced. I do not offer refunds for lost orders.
