At CSP By Jenny B, I want you to be happy with the item/s you receive, however if you are not  please do not hesitate to get in touch so I can help to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

All items are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from purchase, if 30 days surpasses unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be in a resaleable, unused, unwashed condition, exactly as you received it/them.

Return Exemptions

Any items that have been used or washed cannot be returned for a refund. 

How to return

Please fill in the contact form with your issue and order number and I will aim to get back to you within 48 hours, with a resolution.

Exchanges

I only exchange items that are faulty.

If you feel your item is faulty, please email -

with your order number and a clear photo of the fault, I will get back to you to discuss further action. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective, in which case I will, of course, return the cost of your shipping.
